Hood River Afternoon

I make regular trips to Hood River to buy apples... I'm really picky about the apples I eat, preferring over all else the brand called Elstar... which you can't find in a normal store. This was taken on the way home from one such apple buying trip. That is Mount Hood, and while on the side I live on, I see it with the sunrise, on the side of Hood River, I can see it in the sunset. ^__^ Oh, and those are Tamarack trees in the foreground, they look like pine trees, but they turn yellow and shed their leaves int he fall. I think they are beautiful.
